Release the clips from the boards, and turn the upper board and place it just above the remaining two boards. Apply a large amount of wood glue to the surface of the board; spread the adhesive out with a little roll. Place an ample amount of glue on top of the other card that still remains on the stack, and spread with the roller. Turn the board over the top card resting just above. Apply glue to the rest of the board and turn it over on the stack.

Insert screws into the holes, and remember to place the tiles on the bolts before attaching nuts. Tighten all nuts until laminated timber is sealed. Wipe away any excess glue from the boards with a damp cloth. Allow the wood to dry for 24 hours before using the newly glue laminated beam.
